What Is Blogger
Blogger is a blog-publishing service that allows multi-user blogs with
time-stamped entries. It was developed by Pyra Labs, which was bought by Google
in 2003. Generally, the blogs are hosted by Google at a subdomain of
blogspot.com.

experience with Blogger so far, so that is what I will be discussing.
Blogger, despite its name, allows setup of a website, not just a blog.

1)First Go to Google And Hit www.blogger.com
If you have never started a website before using Blogger, the first page you will get to is:
2)Sign In With Your Gmail Account You Will Be Redirected To Page As Shown Below
Then Click On NEW BLOG
When I sign in to Blogger, the first screen that pops up for me is:

Title And Address Of Your Blog
However
You Can Setup Custom Domain Afterwards
Then pick a template - you can change it later.
4) Then Click On Create Blog
5) Now
Your Blog Is Created And You Can View Your Blog As something.blogspot.in
